Christian Eriksen’s late stunner for Tottenham keep them in pace with current leader Chelsea in the title fight through an away win over Crystal Palace.
After Chelsea's victory over Southampton stretched their lead at the top to seven points, this was a boom or bust scenario for Spurs, who left it late to cut the gap back to four with five games to go.
Eriksen produced the boom with a rare bit of quality in a scrappy game, firing home a wondrous 25-yard strike straight into the bottom corner with 12 minutes left, which made it eight league wins in a row for Mauricio Pochettino's men.
Palace had won six of their last eight Premier League games. Beaten Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool but can't just made it tonight again Tottenham Hotspur.
