The Real Madrid superstar has ordered his girlfriend to stop organising parties following the thrilling 3-2 defeat to La Liga rivals Barcelona
Cristiano Ronaldo should have had a good weekend as Real Madrid hosted Barcelona in El Clasico, however it ended in disappointment as Lionel Messi stole the show in a 3-2 Barca victory.
Instead of celebrating a Madrid win at a party organised by girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez, Ronaldo was left reeling from Messi's 500th Barcelona goal.
Hazard: I need more goals to reach Messi
According to reports in Portugal, Rodriguez had arranged an after-match event at Ronaldo's home in Madrid, allowing the expected celebrations to continue long after the final whistle at the Santiago Bernabeu.
However, the loss to their La Liga rivals caused the party to be cancelled - with Ronaldo going even further by banning his significant other from organising any future parties around big games.

           

Internet fraudster who impersonates Ooni on Facebook arrested in Ogun state

Facebook internet fraudster, Abiodun Joseph, who defrauded two ladies while impersonating the Ooni of Ife has been arrested

- The Ogun state police command disclose that the suspect had allegedly obtained the sum of N600,000 illegally through money transfer

- Joseph revealed that he opened the Facebook account in October last year, purposely to defraud people

A suspected internet fraudster, Abiodun Joseph, who impersonated the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, on Facebook has been has been arrested by the Ogun state police command

Joseph who is accused of defrauding two Nigerian ladies based in the United States of America (USA) of various sums of money was arrested last Wednesday, April 19, at Ilese in Ijebu north east local council of the state

The Ogun state police command paraded the suspect at the force headquarters, Eleweran, Abeokuta on Monday, April 24, Guardian reports.

The police disclosed that the suspect had allegedly obtained the sum of N600,000 illegally through money transfer.

The suspect, Joseph said he opened the Facebook account October last year, purposely to defraud people.

The state’s commissioner of police, Ahmed Iliyasu, said Joseph had been using his Facebook and Whatsapp accounts to defraud unsuspecting members of the public.

“On interrogation, he owned up to the crime and confessed that he has duped some people to the tune of N600,000,” Iliyasu said.

According to Joseph, he opened the Facebook account October last year, purposely to defraud people.

He said he uploaded Ooni’s pictures from the internet and used them on his Facebook account and in no time, people mostly ladies began to send him requests, thinking he is the monarch.

Joseph revealed that many ladies, thinking he was genuine, sent requests to him that they wanted to be his ‘Oloris’ (wives) and this was how he was able to defraud some of them.

Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke (15 January 1955 – 23 April 2017) was a two time Nigerian senator who represented the People's Democratic Party (PDP) in Osun State from 2007 to 2011 and was elected again under the banner of the All Progressives Congress in 2015. He became a member of the Nigerian Senate in 2007.  He ran for reelection in April 2011 on the PDP platform, coming second with 77,090 votes. The winner was Mudasiru Oyetunde Hussein of the
Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) with 121,971 votes. 



Background
Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke was born on 15 January 1955 to the family of senator Ayoola Adeleke and Esther Adeleke. He was born in Enugu and spent is early years in the city until the beginning of the Nigerian civil war . He started his primary education at Christ Church School, Enugu before moving to Ibadan, [3] he completed his secondary education at Ogbomoso Grammar School. Adeleke holds a Bachelor Of Arts Degree, and a master's degree In Public Administration. He was Chairman, Governing Council, Nigerian Export Promotion Council, Pro-Chancellor And Chairman, Governing Council, He was married to a lovely woman in Atlanta georgia with four children. Political career
         

Osun State, Nigeria
During the Nigerian third republic, Adeleke ran for governor of the newly created Osun State which was carved out from Oyo State. He was a member of SDP the dominant party in the state but he was not initially favored to win. The front runner was a lawyer, Oladipo Oladosu but after a close primary in which Adeleke came second, Adeleke was able to win a runoff.  He was then elected the first civilian governor of Osun State in 1992. Notable decisions made by Adeleke was the establishment of a polytechnic at Iree , a college of technology at Esa-Oke and the completion of the Osun State Broadcasting Corporation. However, in 1994, after the dissolution of the republic, Adeleke pitched its tent to the opposition group, Afenifere but later switched to join a Democratic Party of Nigeria, a new political party with support from close associates of Abacha . In 2007, Adeleke was elected senator for Osun West. His main competitor was Mudasiru Oyetunde Hussein , standing for the Action Congress . Hussein had spent two terms in the House of Representatives (1999–2007) as a member of the Alliance for Democracy party in a Lagos State constituency, but originated from Osun state. Hussein appealed the election unsuccessfully. Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke was appointed to committees on Upstream Petroleum Resources, Integration and Cooperation, Housing and Air Force.
In March 2008, he instituted a scholarship award for about 100 indigent students in tertiary institutions across the country.
In July 2009, as chairman of the Senate Committee on INEC, Senator Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke praised the work of the Independent National Electoral Commission , saying "so far INEC has performed creditably well".  He has supported the rights of Nigerians living abroad to vote in Nigerian elections.  Adeleke, before his death was allegedly eyeing the governorship seat in Osun ahead of the 2018 election in the state.


Death
       

Adeleke suffered a heart attack. He died on 23 April 2017 at Biket Hospital in Osogbo, the Osun state capital.

Senator Isiaka Adeleke's death has been blamed on painkiller overdoses (poisoned)

The cause of death of Senator Isiaka Adeleke has been revealed by a medical pathologist after an autopsy was carried out.

Theinternetbounceback@blog  reported that the first civilian governor of Osun state died of heart attackand was rushed to Bikets Hospital where he passed away on Sunday, April 23.

His death sparked outrage in his hometown where youths claimed he was poisoned by his political opponents.

According to Sahara Reporters however, the medical pathologist who carried out the autopsy on the late senator said he died as a result of overdose of painkillers.

“Senator Isiaka Adeleke died as a result of an overdose of painkillers intravenously administered on him, according to pathologists.”

An angry mob has reportedly disrupt the burial of Senator Isiaka Adeleke which is currently ongoing today, April 24, in Osun state.

The mob reportedly collapsed a canopy on Amosun, Akeredolu, Oyinlola to chase out Idiat Babalola, who is a commissioner nominee of Governor Rauf Aregbesola.

Babalola and other dignitaries were chased out from under a canopy by the youths who alleged that the former governor was poisoned by some APC leaders.

Problem started when Babalola was sighted by the mourners who demanded that she should be sent out.
